Sample Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and customers and pays special attention to the compliance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The purpose of data processing is related to the services of Sample Ltd.: contacting and maintaining contact, handling requests for proposals, preparing and fulfilling contracts, handling customer and partner communication, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).

When contacting us via the website, e-mail or telephone, the following personal data may be provided: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name (if relevant), the content of the message and other data necessary for the administration of the transaction.

Legal basis for processing: the data subject's voluntary consent and processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.
